UNAtribe Global Privacy Policy (US & EU / GDPR)

Effective Date: March 13, 2026

1. Introduction

UNAtribe is an educational self-development and psychological intelligence platform designed to analyze personal transitions, behavioral patterns, and interpersonal dynamics through structured questionnaires and analytical models. This Privacy Policy explains how UNAtribe collects, processes, stores, and protects personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union and applicable privacy laws in the United States.

2. Data Controller

UNAtribe platform is operated by Opulentia SC, LLC.
Address: 1163 Campbell ST, Port Charlotte, FL 33953 USA
Email: info@testpersona.com

3. Data We Collect

We may collect and process the following categories of information:

  • Account and session information (name, email, login credentials, or personalized access tokens)
  • Questionnaire responses and self-assessment submissions
  • Psychological assessment and transition pathway indicators
  • Technical usage data (IP address, device specifications, browser type, timestamps)
  • Communications and correspondence with the platform

4. Psychological Assessment Data

UNAtribe collects psychological and transition self-assessment data through proprietary questionnaires. This may include indicators related to personal transitions, life changes, fears, emotional patterns, coping mechanisms, interpersonal dynamics, and behavioral tendencies. This information is used solely for educational, analytical, and reporting purposes within the platform.

5. Automated Analytical Processing

The UNAtribe platform processes questionnaire responses using algorithmic models to generate structured analytical insights and transition pathway profiles. These insights may include personality structure indicators, psychological maturity indicators, interpersonal dynamics signals, and self-reflection metrics.

6. Purpose of Processing

We process personal data for the following specific purposes:

  • Generation of analytical transition profiles and psychological self-reflection reports
  • Improving platform functionality and user experience
  • Research and product development (in aggregated and strictly anonymized form)
  • Customer support and responding to user inquiries
  • Security, fraud prevention, and platform integrity

7. Legal Basis (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your data on the following legal bases:

  • User consent provided prior to assessment participation
  • Performance of a contract (delivering the requested assessment analysis and platform services)
  • Legitimate interests of the platform operator (ensuring technical resilience, security, and continuous platform improvements)

8. Data Storage and Security

UNAtribe implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, accidental loss, or destruction.

9. Data Sharing

UNAtribe does not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with:

  • Technical infrastructure and service providers supporting the platform
  • Legal and regulatory authorities if strictly required by applicable law
  • Authorized operating partners directly bound by confidentiality agreements and GDPR-compliant data processing terms

10. Group Analysis and Shared Reports

UNAtribe can generate reports covering more than one person — for example, partnership compatibility or interpersonal dynamics reports. Your assessment results are included in another person’s report only if you have given that specific person your explicit consent. Consent is directed and not reciprocal: allowing someone to include you does not allow you to include them, and each direction is recorded separately. Without your consent your results are excluded from the calculation entirely, and the person requesting the report is told only that a participant was excluded.

  • Shared reports contain aggregate indicators, not your answers to individual questions
  • Consent applies to one named person at a time, never to all users of the platform
  • Whoever invited you can see whether you consented and how many assessments you have completed — never your results
  • Reports about yourself alone never require anyone’s consent

11. Withdrawing Consent for Group Analysis

You may withdraw a group-analysis consent at any time via your account settings or by emailing info@testpersona.com. Withdrawal takes effect immediately: from that moment your results are excluded from any newly generated report. Reports produced and downloaded before the withdrawal already exist outside the platform and are not altered retroactively. We keep a record that the consent existed and when it was withdrawn; that record is part of the audit trail required to demonstrate lawful processing and is not used for analysis.

12. User Rights (GDPR)

Users possess the following rights regarding their personal data under GDPR and international privacy legislation:

  • Access their personal data and receive a copy of stored information
  • Correct inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete data
  • Request deletion or erasure of personal data ("Right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict or limit processing of personal data
  • Request data portability in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing

13. Retention

Personal data will be stored only for as long as necessary to provide platform services, maintain user assessment history, or comply with applicable legal, statutory, and accounting obligations.
