UNAtribe Terms of Service (US & EU)

UNAtribe is an educational self-development and psychological intelligence platform that maps personal transitions, behavioral patterns, and interpersonal dynamics using structured self-assessment questionnaires and algorithmic analytical models.

Users must be at least 18 years old to access and use the platform and its assessment tools. By accessing or using UNAtribe, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and possess the legal right and ability to agree to these Terms.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access tokens, credentials, or session links provided to them. You are fully responsible for all activities and assessment sessions that occur under or in connection with your access link or credentials.

The platform generates analytical reports and transition pathway profiles based on questionnaire responses. These reports provide informational insights for self-reflection, coaching, personal development, and decision support.

All analytical insights are derived algorithmically based entirely on user-submitted answers and are intended solely for educational self-discovery.

UNAtribe does not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, or clinical diagnosis or treatment. The platform's outputs, transition pathways, and analytical reports are educational interpretations and must not replace professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice, diagnosis, or care.

All questionnaires, algorithms, psychodynamic models, analytical frameworks, report structures, transition pathways, visual assets, software systems, and branding are the proprietary intellectual property of Opulentia SC, LLC and the platform operator.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior express written consent.

Users may not misuse the platform, attempt to reverse engineer its algorithms or questionnaires, probe or compromise platform security, deploy automated bots or scrapers, or use the system for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes.

UNAtribe provides services, assessments, and analytical reports on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the platform operator, Opulentia SC, LLC, and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, nor for any personal, professional, or interpersonal decisions made by users based on analytical insights or platform materials.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the United States (State of Florida), with consideration for European Union consumer protection regulations and statutory rights where applicable.
