Recognition
If this sounds familiar
- You're getting through the days, but you don't feel like yourself.
- You keep trying to make sense of things, but nothing feels clear.
- Part of you wants to move on, but part of you is still stuck in what ended.
- You feel pressure to figure everything out before you feel steady enough to do it.
None of this means something is wrong with you. It usually means several different tensions are happening at once.

What people say about the result
“I kept telling myself I should be grateful because, on paper, my life was fine. But I felt tired, disconnected, and strangely absent from my own life, and I couldn’t explain why. What caught my attention here was that it didn’t treat me like I was broken — it helped me see that something in my life had ended, while the next version of me had not fully formed yet. For the first time, I wanted to understand where I actually was instead of forcing myself to feel better. Taking the assessment felt like a reasonable first step.”
“I’m usually the person who has a plan, so not knowing what comes next was making me more anxious than the actual change. I was researching, overthinking, making lists, and still waking up with the feeling that I was missing something important. This approach made sense to me because it didn’t promise certainty — it offered a way to see where the pressure was actually coming from. I didn’t need another motivational speech; I needed a map. That was enough for me to want to see my results.”
“I’ve always been good at solving problems, producing results, and moving forward, so feeling stuck was honestly hard to admit. My instinct was to work harder, optimize more, and treat this like another performance problem — but none of that was changing what I felt underneath. What interested me about UNAtribe was the idea that the issue might not be my discipline, but that my old definition of success no longer fits where I’m going. I wanted to see whether the assessment could identify the part of the transition I wasn’t seeing myself. That made me curious enough to continue.”
“I don’t usually talk much about what I’m going through, and I definitely don’t like being pushed into emotional conversations. I tend to step back, think things through on my own, and assume I’ll eventually figure it out. But this time I noticed that distance was not creating clarity — it was just keeping me in the same place. I liked that this started with observation and understanding rather than asking me to immediately open up to someone. Taking the assessment felt private, structured, and safe enough to explore.”
“I’m used to handling things myself. Asking for help usually feels slower than just figuring it out, so I kept telling myself I didn’t need support — I just needed more time. Eventually I realized I had been saying that for almost a year. What I liked here was that the first step wasn’t ‘depend on someone’; it was understand your own pattern and decide what actually deserves attention. That made me willing to take the assessment without feeling like I was giving up control.”

Questions
Before you start
Is this a diagnosis?
No. This assessment identifies transition patterns for self-understanding and educational guidance. It does not diagnose a mental health condition and it is not a substitute for professional care.
Do I have to pay to see my result?
No. Your profile, your downloadable map, the deeper assessment, the Individual Development Map, and the complete first module of your recommended level are all free. No card is required. Continuing through the full nine-level route is a monthly membership, and that decision comes later.
Why do I need to create an account?
Your result is a personal document you will want to return to. The account stores it, keeps it private to you, holds your downloadable map, and unlocks your free first module. First name and email — that is all.
How long does it take?
Most people finish in about four minutes. Fifteen questions, one per screen.
What happens after the free module?
You can continue through your complete personalized nine-level route with a monthly UnaTribe membership. Nothing is charged automatically and there is no trial to cancel.
What if my answers change from week to week?
That is expected during a transition. The assessment reflects the past two weeks, not a permanent trait. You can retake it later and both results will sit in the same account, so you can see what shifted.
Four minutes is enough to know where you actually are.
You will not solve the whole transition today. You will finish with a clearer picture of which pattern is active, how strong it is, what not to force right now, and one realistic first step.
